Fred was born in Know City, TX, one of seven siblings. He graduated from Boles Home High School and later from East Texas State College (now A&M Commerce). Fred has been married his high school sweetheart, Neva, for 55 years and is the father of two daughters. They were houseparents at Boles Home before moving to the state of Washington where he taught junior high math. Fred graduated from the Preston Road School of Preaching while living in Cedar Hill and working with this church. Fred and family lived in Warren, PA for the next 20 years, working with/for the Church there. The Yarbroughs, then, returned to Cedar Hill, where Fred once more worked with this church, as Involvement Minister. He has served as an elder, preacher and teacher.
